Meet our new Neighbourhood Forum Facilitators


Neima MacFoy - Huddleston Centre
Neima Has a wealth of experience of Hackney and its diverse communities, through her past roles as Monitoring Officer, Quality Assurance Manager and Head of Adult and Community Learning in the borough. She is presently employed as Director of Huddleston Centre in Hackney Downs following on from a prolific career as a Management Consultant in West Africa.
Hei Tung Law ('Jeanie') - Hackney Chinese Community Centre
Jeanie is no stranger to health-focussed community development, having led a community development project working with the East and South East Asian communities, out of the Hackney Chinese Community Centre. This follows on from leading mental health community engagement projects in her native Hong Kong.
Janet Sebastian and Polly Mann -Wick Award
Polly will be well-known to anyone associated with the Well St Forum having been heavily involved in its previous development from her current position as community development and partnership lead for Big Local organisation, Wick Award. This follows a long career in health-focused community development and advocacy within Hackney and Haringey.
Janet also has a long relationship with the community and voluntary sector in Hackney, having previously worked with Alzheimers Society and Social Action for Health, as well as, most recently, running a programme of activities at Prideaux House within the Well Street area
Fion Keane-Conley - Manor House Development Trust
As a project officer for the Manor House Development Trust, Fion spent the pandemic leading a team of volunteers and delivering the emergency food response out of the Redmond Centre from which she has also delivered a number of activity programmes.
